I'm a Digital marketing institute graduate, currently studying my level 6 diploma with the Chartered institute of Marketing with a core focus on commercial intelligence, strategy and planning, content strategy and social media management. I live life by Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt certified), throughout all aspects of my personal and professional life I consistently apply Kanban boards, Gantt charts and undertake root cause analysis and follow a DMAIC (define, measure, analyse, improve, control) framework.

My love for Digital marketing and professional marketing is rooted in my love for behavioural psychology, and connecting with other human beings - which can prove to be a challenge in our digital world and digital landscape. However, integrating humanistic features and providing excellency through all services is at my core. I also have qualifications in therapeutic counselling, again stressing my love for others and the need to truly understand others' motivations.
